Southbound 400 is a 400-mile running relay race, which starts at the Canadian border and ends in New York City. I had the chance to be crew / photographer for the "Honest Work” team, which ended up taking the win, with an average pace 5:39/mi for 400 miles!

I didn’t really know what I was getting myself into, but I decided to use a combination of photo & video to tell the story of how this team held together through the highs and lows of this 3-day race.
