An anti-run-club run club
Since the pandemic, the running community has become saturated with brands and “content.” But in the summer of 2020, a group of guys decided to run a thousand miles without any of that fanfare. I decided to see what it was about.
Tagging along made me more stoked about the sport, but it also made me question the nature of what I was capturing. Does this “content” help anyone? How much more of it do we need? These guys didn’t need to create or consume content to go run 1,000 miles.
